Baked Camembert with glazed figs & cinnamon drizzle
Who doesn't love an oozing camembert, baked to perfection and shared with close friends? Why not jazz up your camembert with a drizzle of Creative Fig & Cinnamon Vinegar dressing and some glazed figs.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Serves: 2-4 people as a starter
• 1 camembert
• 3 large figs
• Creative fig and cinnamon vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
• Sprinkling of sage (optional)
To really add some flavour to this dish - roast 3 large figs, halved in the oven drizzled with fig & cinnamon vinegar, 1tbsp honey and an optional sprinkling of sage. Combine the ingredients in a tinfoil parcel and roast for 5-8 minutes at 180'c.
Bake the camembert on 200'c for 10-12 minutes and once baked, drizzle the top with some of our fig & cinnamon vinegar.
